Privacy Policy

Protecting your personal data matters to us. This privacy policy informs you, in accordance with Art. 13 and 14 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), about how your data is processed in connection with this website.

1. Data Controller

The data controller within the meaning of the GDPR is: Paraguay Partners, Mag. Markus Ferrigato, Karl-Ghon-Straße 16, 9500 Villach, Austria, email: mf@paraguaypartners.at, phone: +43 664 4484048.

2. General Information on Data Processing

We process personal data only to the extent necessary and exclusively on the basis of a legal permission (in particular consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR or to carry out pre-contractual measures pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

3. Hosting

This website is hosted by an external hosting provider (GoDaddy). The personal data stored there includes, in particular, server log files and the data submitted via the contact form. The hosting provider acts as a data processor within the meaning of Art. 28 GDPR.

4. Contact Form

If you send us an inquiry via the contact form, the information you provide — name, email address, phone number, your message and the selected areas of interest (apartments, offices, land, residency, investment trip) — together with the contact details you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing your inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass this data on without your consent. Processing is based on your voluntarily given consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) or to carry out pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Data submitted via the form is delivered by email to Paraguay Partners' business mailboxes (mf@paraguaypartners.at and m@rkusferrigato.com).

The data remains with us until you ask us to delete it, withdraw your consent, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies. Mandatory statutory retention periods remain unaffected.

5. Local Storage (No Tracking)

This website uses only technically necessary local storage in your browser (e.g. to remember your selected language). No analytics, marketing or tracking cookies are used, and no data is transmitted to third parties for advertising purposes. Should this change in the future, this privacy policy will be updated accordingly and consent will be obtained where required.

6. SSL/TLS Encryption

For security reasons, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as inquiries you send to us via the contact form.

7. Your Rights

You generally have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to data portability and the right to object to processing. If you have given consent to the processing of your data, you may withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority regarding the processing of your personal data. The competent authority is the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde), Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy to ensure it always complies with current legal requirements, or to reflect changes to our services. The new privacy policy will then apply to your next visit.
